A New Year and a couple new prints

Happy 2014!
Did you start your day yesterday with resolutions?
I’m not much of a New Years resolution girl.
I do really like to reflect on the year past and I get excited about a new year with a clean slate, full of opportunity and expectations. It’s just that I don’t write down specific resolves for myself in the coming new year.
When I get a goal or commitment placed on my heart, I will go for it immediately – no waiting for a new year.
And maybe it is because I fail so often and I’m simply thankful for new mercies every morning.

I need every morning to start fresh!

So, here’s to 2014…full of new mercies every morning!

Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him.”
The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him,
to the one who seeks him

There are two new prints in the shop.
I’ve been wanting to do a print with some of the lyrics from the Hillsong United song “Oceans” for a couple months now and I finally did!
