Return Policy
All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email with photos within 10 days to info@fancythatdesignhouse.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.


Shipping / Policies / Terms
Once your order is submitted, Fancy That Design House & Co. is unable to accommodate any changes to your order or preorder, including order cancelation requests, changes to ordered items, applying discounts and address revisions.

Please double check your address prior to checkout. Shipping to an outdated or incorrect address will result in a returned order which will need to go through shipping a second time to reach you. This results in a second shipping charge to you - let's avoid that!
If the package is returned due to an address error and the order is refunded, the shipping will not be refunded.

Many items ordered from Fancy That Design House & Co. are custom printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, etc.
Because many items in the shop are printed and made just for you, please know that this can take 7+ business days before shipping.

Some items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and your order might ship in more than one package, so you may receive multiple shipment notifications. 

Once an item is shipped out it is out of my hands/control and I cannot guarantee arrival by any specific dates.

International shipments may incur customs/import charges upon delivery - these are the responsibility of the customer at final delivery.

Marked as "delivered" with USPS. This occasionally happens with carriers that an item is marked as "delivered" before it actually arrives. We do need to wait 10 business days after delivery before replacing or refunding, as delivery does typically resolve. Some helpful steps while you wait, contact your local post office and they can get in touch with your carrier. Ask neighboring homes, in the event it was misdelivered.

If your order is shipped back as undeliverable/return to sender, I will refund your order (minus the initial shipping attempt)

I currently only ship domestically (US)

Tees
Please review sizing and garment description as items are non-refundable.
Please expect some garment industry sizing variance.
 
*Note* There is a special pretreatment used in the printing process, please do not worry if your new shirt has a slight scent or any discoloration. This will disappear after the first wash. Your printed tee is created with water based and eco-friendly inks.
Please read in the tee descriptions in how to care for your DTG printed tee.

Prints
All art prints are shipped rolled up in mailing tubes. Simply unroll and flatten before framing.

Stickers
Stickers are laser cut into custom shapes. Occasionally, laser cutting will leave a soot on the backside. No worries, this is on the paper backing which is peeled off before use and also can easily be wiped off.

Order Cancellations
Fancy That Design House & Co. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order. Reasons could include (but not limited to) inventory or pricing discrepancy, no response from customer when attempting to reach for shipping/address updates, placing a preorder with ready to ship items, etc.

Digital Downloads
Because of the nature of a download file, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued 

Preorders
Preorders allow you to purchase and reserve an item before it is in stock. As noted on preorder listings, if you purchase a preorder item along with items that are ready to ship - you may not receive everything until your preorder item is in stock. If you want your other items right away, please place a separate order from your preorder.

Pricing/Sales
Any offered sale, coupon code, discount or "free with purchase" offering is not applicable to previous purchases.
No price matching.

Product arrived damaged?
If your item was unfortunately damaged during shipment, please send us your order number, photos of the damage, along with photos of the packaging (this is required to file claims) within 10 days and we will work with you on getting you a replacement!  (info@fancythatdesignhouse.com)
