Ahhh, tis fall!
Time for hayrides, pumpkin picking, harvesting apples, extra baking, the sights of brightly colored leaves against a cool Autumn sky, sweaters, boots, a warm drink in hand, soup on the stove & extra snuggles as it starts to get cold.
In the words of L.M. Montgomery (Anne of Green Gables)
“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.
It would be terrible if we just skipped from September to November, wouldn’t it? Look at these maple branches. Don’t they give you a thrill-several thrills? I’m going to decorate my room with them.”
I finally did a little Autumn decorating and I’ve been munching on apples with this dip.
Toffee Bit Apple Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 (oz) (1/2 bag) of Heath Bits O Brickle Toffee Bits
Apples of your choice, cored and sliced
Beat together cream cheese and sugars, stir in vanilla until smooth. Mix in toffee bits.
Super easy, enjoy!
